Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
This page explains our order cancellation and refund process. Please review your prepared items and order details before approving shipment.
Before dispatch
We accept cancellation and return/refund requests before your goods have been dispatched. Once items are ready, we send a video for you to confirm quality, size and delivery address. If you are not satisfied or need a change, contact us before dispatch. Include your order number and explain whether you want a cancellation, refund or change.
We will check the dispatch status and confirm the arrangements with you. Any proposed adjustment to the refund amount will be explained before processing. This policy does not declare all payment charges non-refundable.
After dispatch or delivery
If there is an issue after shipment or delivery, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photos or video. We will review your request and explain the available next steps. Contact us before sending any item back. If a return is arranged, obtain the confirmed return address and instructions from our team; do not send goods to an unverified address or directly to a manufacturer.
Any proposed return or exchange arrangements, including shipping costs and refund details, will be explained for your order. The pre-dispatch policy is not a blanket refusal of claims after delivery and does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or applicable payment-provider rights.
Refund processing and payment questions
Once a refund is agreed, we will confirm the amount and payment arrangements. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and bank. If an expected refund has not arrived, contact us with your order number and refund reference so we can check its status. Never send payment-account passwords or verification codes.
Customs detention at origin
If your shipment is detained by customs at the shipping origin, we will arrange shipment again. Send us any carrier or customs notice with your order number. For an issue at the destination, contact us for review.
