Payment methods & order confirmation
We currently offer PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Credit Card / Apple Pay, Alipay, Wise and Western Union through our order arrangement process. Availability depends on your country and the payment provider. Choose a method at checkout, then contact us with your order number to obtain the current payment instructions. Placing an order does not automatically charge your card or confirm payment.
Payment charges and your order total
Any store-added payment charge is displayed separately at checkout before you place your order. These are Ant Sneakers’ configured charges, not published fee rates of the payment providers. The current settings are:

The charge is calculated on the order amount before this payment charge: products after discounts, shipping, applicable taxes and any other order charges. Amounts are rounded to two decimal places. The checkout breakdown and the confirmed order total show the amount payable. Changing your payment method may change your total; ask us to confirm the revised total before sending payment.
Your bank or payment provider may separately apply currency conversion or transfer charges. Review those charges with that provider before paying. Our store-added charge does not represent a guarantee of a particular exchange rate.
How to complete payment
- Add your items to the cart, check the sizes and shipping address, and choose your payment method.
- Review the complete order total, including shipping and any displayed payment charge, then place your order.
- Contact us using the official contact details below and include your order number. Confirm the recipient, currency and exact amount before paying. Do not pay an account supplied by an unverified contact.
- After paying, send your order number and transaction reference or a payment receipt. Hide unrelated balances and sensitive information. Never send passwords, verification codes or full card details.
- Your order remains on hold until we verify receipt of payment. A screenshot alone is not payment confirmation. We will confirm the payment and provide the next order update after verification.
For a PayPal purchase, use the appropriate goods-and-services payment process. The shipping address on the payment should match your confirmed order address. Contact us before paying if it differs.
Order changes, cancellations & refunds
Contact us promptly with your order number if you need to change or cancel an order, have paid an incorrect amount, or need help with a refund. Do not send a second payment until we have checked the first transaction. Shipping information is available in our Shipping & Returns page.
Refund eligibility and any applicable adjustment will be explained for your order before processing. This page does not declare all payment charges non-refundable or remove any rights provided by applicable law or your payment provider. Payment disputes and provider protection are subject to the provider’s own rules.
