Ant Sneakers is an online store offering sneakers, luxury shoes, clothing and accessories. We help customers review their prepared items before dispatch and provide direct support for payment, sizing and shipping questions.
Check your items before shipment
Once your order is ready, we record a video for you to review the quality and size. We also ask you to confirm the delivery address before dispatch. Product images help you choose an item; lighting, screens and product updates can affect how an item appears. Please check the video of your prepared items carefully and raise any concern before approving shipment.
Our order process
- Choose your items and review the complete checkout total.
- Contact us with your order number to confirm payment instructions. Preparation starts after receipt of payment has been verified.
- Review the video and confirm the size and delivery address.
- After dispatch, we share the tracking number when it is available from the carrier.
Preparation and delivery
Estimated preparation takes 24–48 hours for sneakers, 3–5 days for luxury shoes, and 2–3 days for clothing and other accessories. Shipping transit is separate and starts from dispatch. Your confirmation time is not included in these preparation estimates. See our shipping policy for destination-specific carriers, estimated transit times and costs.
Help before and after your purchase
We accept cancellation and return/refund requests before goods have been dispatched. For an issue after shipment or delivery, contact us with your order number and relevant photos or video so we can review it and explain the next steps. If a shipment is detained by customs at the shipping origin, we will arrange shipment again.
Payment safety
Confirm payment details through our official contact channels before sending funds. Do not share passwords, verification codes or full card details with customer support. Payment providers apply their own security, processing and protection rules.
