Customized 14oz black twill denim (100% cotton, indigo dyed warp + carbon black blend in weft), pre-shrunk to ensure stability.
The texture of the fabric shows 3/1 right twill structure, which strengthens the wear resistance and retains the coarse texture of traditional workwear. Triple washing process (enzyme washing + pumice grinding + ozone fading), the first round of enzyme washing softens the fibers and avoids excessive damage to the fabric sinews and bones.
Pumice Grinding: Focuses on the treatment of the knees, legs and other stress areas, simulating the natural color loss of long term wear.
Ozone Spraying: Partial bleaching, forming a gradient of fading shadows in the spliced stitching lines.
Patch Shading Technology: Pre-prepared patch areas are temporarily fixed with hot melt adhesive. Hot melt adhesive is used to temporarily fix the predefined patch area, which is then removed after washing. The residual adhesive stains and the unfaded area form a high-contrast silhouette, and the stitching holes are retained, with unclosed eyelets, to mimic the traces of repeated mending.
