As part of the Air Jordan 6’s 35th anniversary celebration, Jordan Brand is reaching deep into its archive to bring a long-lost sample to life. The Air Jordan 6 “Reverse Infrared”—originally known as the “Infrared Salesman Sample” from 1999—is officially set to make its long-awaited retail debut in Spring 2026. The colorway is nearly identical to the original, save for a few notable tweaks that flip key portions of the design.
On this version, the Infrared and black midsole accents swap placements at the forefoot, subtly but noticeably shifting the visual balance of the shoe. The heel’s Nike Air branding also appears in a bright Infrared hue, distinguishing it from the more understated embroidery found on past iterations.
