Process: imported Beringda machine embroidery, imported Coats embroidery thread.
Raw materials used in imported “Coats” high silk thread, the thread color is matte, the surface is irradiated by the light source, showing no brightness, consistent with the original version.
It took half a month to make the first version, and more than 6 versions to modify the details, and keep changing to achieve the best.
The overall density of the embroidery pattern is the same as the original, and the total number of embroidery stitches is nearly 8,000 stitches.
The customized waistband cord is the same thickness and knitting pattern as the original.
The upper and lower sides of the pants pockets, each made specifically “date” process, reinforcing both sides of the pockets, to prevent pulling is not easy to damage.
The leg opening has an additional “locking” process to reinforce the cloth edge to prevent wear and tear.
