The texture of the fabric shows a 3/1 right twill structure.

The first round of enzyme washing softens the fibers.

Pumice Grinding: Focuses on the knees, legs and other stressed areas, simulating the natural color of long term wear.
Ozone Spraying: Partial bleaching to form a gradient fading shadow in the spliced stitching lines.
Patch Shadow Technology: The pre-set patch area is temporarily fixed with hot melt adhesive, and then torn off after washing, the residual adhesive stains and the unfaded area form a high-contrast profile, the stitch holes are retained, and the needle holes are not closed to mimic the traces of repeated mending.
