The overall fabric is made of 260gsm 100% cotton 16-count double-ply sweat fabric, featuring a seamless tubular construction. The ribbing is made of 300gsm 100% cotton 1×1 stretch ribbing without a base. After garment washing, the fabric weight increases to approximately 280gsm, giving it a slightly distressed appearance. All prints are produced using imported high-nozzle direct-to-garment digital printing machines. The overall color scheme is vibrant, with accurate color separation to achieve the desired print effect. However, the prints are not solid, and the base fabric color is visible through the prints. A white transparent protective coating is applied over the prints to prevent them from peeling off. The small text around the prints is clear and sharp. The cuffs and hem are finished using a vintage single-threaded edge-locking technique.
